Following the completion of his term as chairman of the Appleton YMCA Board of Directors, Herrling Clark Law Firm, Ltd., attorney Andrew J. Rossmeissl is continuing his service with the YMCA of the Fox Cities as a member of its Corporate Board.
Rossmeissl served as chairman of the Appleton YMCA board for a year from 2016 to 2017, overseeing its programming, facilities, staff, and strategy.
As a member of the corporate board, he is helping make decisions for the YMCA of the Fox Cities, including Appleton, Neenah-Menasha, Heart of the Valley, Fox West, Apple Creek, the Child Learning Center, Camp Shioc, and Camp Nan A Bo Sho.
The mission of the YMCA is to foster collaboration between individuals from diverse social and economic backgrounds by providing an inclusive, cooperative, and Christian foundation.
Rossmeissl feels incredibly fortunate to be able to serve the YMCA, an organization that means a lot to his family but also to our community. “Rarely do you have an opportunity to volunteer and support an organization that you would use and enjoy anyhow every day. This truly is a labor of love for me, ” Rossmeissl reflects.
