Gabriel “Gabe” Grahek joined the Herrling Clark Law Firm in 2021 after clerking with the Firm for over a year. Originally from Milwaukee, Gabe is a proud graduate of Marquette University High School. He then went on to earn his Bachelor’s degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison where he triple majored in Legal Studies, Political Science, and History. Following his Bachelor’s degree, Gabe earned his Master’s Degree in Educational Leadership and Policy Analysis, also from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. While at UW-Madison, Gabe was a member of the DI NCAA Badger Wrestling Team, competing in the tough Big Ten Conference.
Returning to his hometown, Gabe earned his Juris Doctorate from the Marquette University Law School. While enrolled at Marquette, Gabe participated in Moot Court, competing in national competitions such as the William B. Spong Invitational. As an attorney with the Herrling Clark Law Firm, Gabe has a general practice with an emphasis on civil litigation, business transactions, contracts, employment law, commercial and residential real estate, municipal law, and estate planning.
Outside of work, Gabe enjoys reading any book he can find, cheering on Wisconsin sports, coaching wrestling, and playing volleyball.
