Charles “Chuck” Hartzheim served as an attorney with Herrling Clark Law Firm from 1972 until his retirement in 2020. Shortly after his retirement, Chuck sadly passed away. We reflect on Chuck’s life with gratitude for all that Chuck contributed to our Firm and to his clients over the years, and we will be forever thankful for his friendship.
Chuck practiced in the areas of business law, business mergers and acquisition law, trusts, estate planning, probate law, real estate law, and elder law/divestment of assets. When he was active in practice, Chuck served on many boards and committees to ensure he could best serve his clients, such as the Probate, Trust, and Real Estate Section of the State Bar of Wisconsin. He also gave his time and talents, serving pro bono as legal counsel for the Chattam Apartments/Assisted Living Board of Directors and Chaps Academy. Chuck also spent a lot of time working with the Fox Valley Board of Realtors.
