Elizabeth Scott joined the Herrling Clark law firm in 2025 after previously working at the Firm as a law clerk. Elizabeth has a general practice, with primary areas of focus in family law, real estate law, and business law.

Originally from Green Bay, Elizabeth graduated from Notre Dame Academy. She then attended the University of Wisconsin-Madison where she majored in Political Science and Psychology and minored in Chinese and Criminal Justice in America.

Elizabeth earned her Juris Doctorate from the University of Wisconsin Law School and graduated with a concentration in Family Law.

During law school she participated in the Family Court Clinic and was a member of the Wisconsin International Law Journal. She also earned a certificate for her participation in the Pro Bono Society after having completed over 50 hours of legal services.

Outside of work, Elizabeth enjoys golfing, boating, and reading.
