Tyler Claringbole joined Herrling Clark Law Firm in 2015 after previously working at the Firm as a law clerk. In 2020, Tyler was named a Partner.
Tyler has a general practice with an emphasis on business transactions, business litigation, mergers and acquisitions, contracts, banking, employment law, commercial and residential real estate, municipal law, estate planning, and probate. Tyler also currently serves as a Commissioner of Condemnation for Outagamie County, a position to which he was appointed by the Outagamie County Circuit Court judges.
Originally from the Fox Valley area, Tyler graduated from Freedom High School and received his Bachelor’s in Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin-Madison School of Business where he majored in Finance, Investments, and Banking. While completing his undergraduate degree, Tyler spent one semester studying at the University of Sydney and another semester completing a practical internship with Merrill Lynch.
Tyler earned his Juris Doctorate from the University of Wisconsin Law School. While enrolled at the University of Wisconsin Law School, Tyler served as Senior Managing Editor of the Wisconsin Law Review and as a judicial intern for Chief Judge William M. Conley of the United States District Court for the Western District of Wisconsin. Since graduation, Tyler has returned to the law school to serve as a visiting instructor for the Lawyering Skills program.
Tyler is a graduate of Leadership Fox Cities, a program of the Fox Cities Chamber of Commerce, and is a member of the Leadership Fox Cities Alumni Association. Tyler also stays actively involved in the community. He has served as coach for the Appleton West High School varsity mock trial team and is a current member of the scholarship committee for the annual Red Smith Sports Awards.
Outside of work, Tyler enjoys all things sports-related and spending time with his wife and kids.
