Appleton personal injury lawyer Kristen S. (Knutson) Scheuerman has been named a Top 40 Under 40 lawyer by the National Trial Lawyers organization.

Appleton personal injury lawyer Kristen (Scheuerman) Knutson joined Herrling Clark Law Firm Ltd. in 2011. Knutson earned her Juris Doctorate from Marquette University Law School in 2010 and received her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science from Lawrence University in 2003. Knutson’s legal practice is dedicated primarily to personal injury although she also handles post-divorce family law matters and business litigation. Knutson’s practice also includes appellate work and she was recently admitted to the United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Judicial District.
Additionally, Knutson is an active member of numerous professional organizations including: the American Bar Association, Wisconsin State Bar Association, Outagamie County Bar Association, Wisconsin Association for Justice, Fox Valley Young Lawyers Association and she serves on the Board of Directors for the Fox Valley Humane Association. Outside of the office, Knutson also serves her local community as a Legal Action of Wisconsin volunteer and as a volunteer for the Outagamie County Family Law Self-Help Center.
