Blair Murphy-Pociask joined the Herrling Clark law firm in 2024 after previously working at the Firm as a law clerk. Blair has a general practice, with primary areas of focus in civil litigation, business law, and worker’s compensation.

Originally from the Fox Valley, Blair graduated from Appleton East High School in 2017. He then attended The University of Alabama and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, summa cum laude, before returning to Wisconsin.

Blair earned his Juris Doctorate from the University of Wisconsin Law School. During Law School, Blair competed in Mock Trial, and served as a judicial intern in Outagamie County.

Outside of work, Blair enjoys playing sports and spending time with family.
