Herrling Clark Law Firm, Ltd., based in Appleton, Wisconsin, is proud to announce the hiring of Associate Attorney Kyle J. Thelen. He previously worked as a law clerk for the firm since 2015.
Past-President and Senior Business Parnter, Charles D. Although Thelen is capable of handling a variety of legal matters, he will primarily concentrate his practice in business law and commercial litigation. Thelen’s experience encompasses matters pertaining to real estate, municipal law, bankruptcy, contract drafting, estate planning, family law, and personal injury.
Thelen received his B.S. from Michigan State University, and went on to receive his J.D. from Marquette University Law School. While attending law school, Thelen volunteered as an Academic Success Program Leader for legal writing and served on the Moot Court Executive Board. Prior to joining Herrling Clark, Thelen worked as a judicial intern for the Honorable Judge Rudolph T. Randa of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Wisconsin.
He is a member of the American Bar Association, Wisconsin State Bar Association, Outagamie County Bar Association, and is a Rotarian of the Rotary Club of Appleton (District 6220).
